Each year Lee County Florida educated students k-12, public, private and homeschooled, submit poetry to our festival. From the hundreds of poems we receive, 150-175 are selected for an anthology which we publish and sell through local bookstores and The Lindbergh Foundation. The poets whose work is selected are invited to read their poems at a Poetry Reading each spring. Usually 450-475 people attend to hear them.
